What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan, as well as Direct Bank Transfers, EasyPaisa, and JazzCash for advance payments.

How long will delivery take?

Standard nationwide delivery takes 3 to 5 business days. Handcrafted or customized orders may require 1–2 additional processing days before dispatch.

Can I request custom colors or designs?

What should I do if my package arrives damaged?

Please take a photo/video unboxing of the package and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or solution promptly.
